WeSpire’s commitment to accessibility for all is reflected in our efforts to ensure all functionality and all content is accessible to all throughout our website and products.

WeSpire uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 as its guiding principle. These guidelines not only help make web content accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.

As we develop new products, pages, and functionality, the principles of accessible design and development are an integral part of conception and realization. We continually test content and features for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance and endeavor to identify and address any issues to ensure we meet or exceed the standards. Testing of our digital content is performed by our engineering team using automated testing software, screen readers, a color contrast analyzer, keyboard-only navigation techniques, and a variety of browser extensions.

Our ongoing accessibility efforts work toward making WeSpire—and the working world—as accessible as possible. We welcome comments on how to improve the site’s accessibility for users with disabilities.
