    What you’ll do

    • Implement elegant and scalable services
    • Promote technical excellence — quality, automated testing, and elegant design
    • Collaborate directly with front-end, product, and design

    Who you are

    • You have a strong understanding of Ruby + Rails, or mastery of a similar framework and a burning desire to learn
    • You are comfortable working in production to deploy and diagnose issues
    • You are capable of collaborating directly with product and design and driving projects to completion
    • Some comfort with React a strong plus
